Acquisition expands the company’s portfolio of private brand and contract manufactured over-the-counter personal care and household products
ST. LOUIS, MO (October 31, 2024) – Emprise Group, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company (“Emprise”), announced today that it has acquired Surefil, LLC (“Surefil”). Founded in 2006, Surefil is a leading provider of private brand and contract manufactured personal care and over-the-counter products such as shampoo, body wash, bubble bath and hand and other liquid soaps, as well as a range of lotions, mouthwash, and liquid supplements.
